Green risk – including minor damage within allowable limits and no immediate action is required.

Amber risk – including damage that exceeds allowable limits and requiring offload of product in the affected location. Remedial action must take place within one month before the risk becomes red.

Red risk – including damage or issues far beyond the allowable limits with immediate offloading taking place and isolation of the affected areas.

Once all issues have been found and categorised according to SEMA guidelines, the inspector will recommend actionable measures such as repairs and operational changes, ensuring your racking system meets safety standards.
